I’m Florence Gray, the Managing Director and Senior Counselling Consultant at Nightingale Counselling Consultancy and Nightingale Marriage Counselling. I have worked in private practice with couples, individuals, and organisations for over 20 years. In Counselling, Personal Development and Coaching. I expanded our service provision in 2007 and now have a team of associate counsellors, CBT Therapists psychologists and coaches that are all leading authorities in their field of expertise.

Nowadays I work with a small group of couples in couple counselling and a small group of coaching clients as well as managing and supervising the associate therapists and coaches in our team.

As a business owner, I know all too well the challenges that leaders face as company owners, managing directors the CEO, positions in the family business or an executive in a high-level position within the corporate world. The pressure, stress, and often, loneliness and isolation that comes from working in high powered roles. I also offer life coaching, career coaching and relationship coaching.

Prior to owning my own counselling consultancy, I had a long and successful career spanning twenty years working in Glasgow and London for large corporate organisations such as Rothmans, SmithKline Beecham, Max Factor, and Proctor and Gamble. During this time, I gained invaluable experience and training in managing, coaching, mentoring, training, consultancy, business development, and more recently achieved training from the founder of NLP Richard Bradler and Paul Mckenna NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

As an independent therapy coach, I have collaborated with companies in plant hire, construction, engineering, shipping, finance, social care, insurance, interior design, street papers fast food retail, housing associations. and young adult services.
